Hello,
we are going to apply for i485 for myself and my wife and son. I am on a L1 visa and my wife and son on L2. But after applying my son (18 years old) has to go back to India for giving some exams. So I have following questions:
1) How long it generally takes for Bio Metric after filing for i485? Helps us in planning for his exams
2) Does he require an Advance Parole or his Valid L visa is enough for him to go to India and come back.
