  • B1/B2 To AOS interview process today

    first of all I'll like to thank everyone on these forum so far who helped with all my questions and process through AOS , thanks Rayb you really good at what you do God bless you.so my interview was today by 10:45 am but I didn't get called till 11:20, was a nice Spanish guy ask for ID etc them question he tried to scare US but me and my husband were sminh and answering all question and he said you look like your In love. He ask for any other documents and yes/no questions then said he will approve us and said I should expect a mail by the end of January. I got married through B1/B2 visa was so scared and worried cos I got married a day after I came to the US but everything turn out fine cos we got married for love and thanks to Rayb once more. )))

    I'm very happy it worked out for you. If I could advise anyone what to do different, it would be to wait a while longer than one day after arrival before marrying.

        Ray, please sugars the next step cos he said he's gonna approve and explain the removal of condition but didn't gift any paper to sigh anything he only took copies of my EAD, drivers license and SSN and said I'll get a mail by the End of these month and I should wait till march if I don't get the GC I should make I info pass etc.

            The next step will be "Removal of Conditions," to apply for the 10-year Green Card. Application for Removal of Conditions can be submitted at 2 years and 9 months from issue date of the first Green Card. The application form is I-751.
