I have put myself in a bad situation. I was an international student, and recently married my boyfriend of 6 years. Things haven't been going well, and thinking of filing for divorce. I want to withdraw my paperwork but I haven't kept up my f1 status. As I missed a semester.

Can I withdraw my green card application and apply for F1 visa???
Anyone have any experience with that process???

Wait until you have an interview. If you can reconcile with boyfriend and he comes with you to interview, you may be okay. If not, they will explain options for self-petitioning.
