Travel with parole while I-140 approved and I-485 pending
Hi,
I am on H1b Visa. I have filed I-485 after my I -140 approved through EB2 NIW. I have also applied for I-131 (parole) for me and my wife, but have not yet received it. Our I-485, I-131 receipt date of USCIS is Nov 24 2013 at Nebraska Service Center.
We are planning to visit our country soon after we get our parole travel document. I am wondering if it is safe to travel and renter into united states with the parole? We are also wondering if we would still be able to renter united states with parole if I-485 is rejected due to any reason while we are traveling. Although, I have heard that there are rare chances for I-485 rejection. We have never been out of status, neither have any criminal charges, or illegal entry.
We are planning to travel for couple of months. We are also wondering if we can not reply RFE with in a time period while we are on travel, will I-485 be rejected?
