Question about G-325A form

Hello

I filled the G-325A ( biographic information) to adjust my status,my husband who is a US citizen also has to fill the same form since he's my sponsor .I had no problem to fill mine but we do not understand what to put on his form since they ask the same things,we're confused.There are 3 questions:

-" Applicant's residence last five years" ?

-" Applicant's last address outside the US of more than one year" ?
-" Applicant's employment last five years"?
Does it mean he has to give his residence last five years,his last address outside the US ,his last employment last five years ? or he has to put my informations even if he's filling his own G-325A ?

For Adjustment of Status, only you the visa holder need to complete the G-325A form. As your sponsor, your husband has to complete the I-864 Affidavit of Support form.
