Unique Kind of Situation
Hi,
I currently work on EAD with a 2004 priority date in EB3 category. My employer has provided an opportunity to work in Canada . If I accept that offer will I lose my I-485 status even though the company is still based in the US . If I lose the status then I suppose my wife cannot stay either as she is my dependent . I would then have to travel on Tourist Visa to US if I need to right? Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
