Hello I got married couple months ago and we are starting our process, I no longer have my i94, since my last entry was almost 15 years ago, would that be a problem? My passport has the stamp of my last entry.

Also about the form for Sponsor (financial) so i dont have the name memorized yet, all this is very overwhelming .. if my spouse income for last year and the year before is above the guidelines do we need another sponsor? Do i need to send my pay stubs and tax refunds?

thank you! any help is greatly appreciated

If you are a visa overstay, and are not legally entitled to work, you cannot use your income to sponsor yourself.

thank you for your quick response, if they ask in the application if i work should I lie?
I do have a social security number
security number ( of course states should not be used to work).. we were about to file joint for taxes return, so we shouldn't correct? he should file married but separately? He made $50 k last year we are family of 4, would that be enough for him to sponsor me? Or do I need another sponsor also? Thank you and I am sorry for so many question

Stop working before your interview so that you do not have to lie if asked if you are working.

You can still file a joint return, as you are required to report any earned income.

But you can only use your husband's income for sponsorship purposes.

If your husband's income does not meet or match sponsorship requriements for your household (you, him and any children), you need a co-sponsor.
