Hello. I'll give a quick rundown of my situation and then if someone could help point me to the next step I should take I'd be much obliged.
So, I am a US citizen with a "wife" who is a Korean citizen. We are legally married in Korea and I have a residency card for Korea. We currently live in Korea, but plan to move back within a year or two. She has no green card in America and we are not legally married in America. Now, we are in the USA right now, visiting for the month of February. Would we be better off making a marriage paper while we are her and applying, waiting until we get back to Korea and apply through the embassy, or some other option.
Oh, and we had a wedding in Korea and can prove it with pictures if that helps.
