Advice needed - Please
Hi,
I hope u would be able to advice me for the way to go, i'd be much obliged-I am from albania and wld like to move permanently to US with my boyfriend ( he is born there and works there) so far I have a b1 tourist visa and visited him on january 2014 but we are thinking I shall go back and stay with him for a couple of months and get married if all goes well.
How big is the risk of rejection of application , considering that i'm getting married on a tourist visa ? ( but i have been in US before on that visa to visit him)
Otherwise, if we get married and he files an application can I leave the country meanwhile ? or can I apply for a K-3 visa while im there ?
If not, would the next step be( considering that i'm on a tourist visa) to go back to my country and apply for a CR or K-3 after we get legally married in US ?
