Who needs to file form I-643 when filing form I-485 to adjust status

Hi All,

I have been reading mixed instructions whether it's needed to file form I-643 when you file form I-485 to adjust status based on asylum status.

The form instructions says that refugees and asylees, Cuban/Haitian and Amerasians should submit for I-643 when applying for adjustment of status, does this mean that all refugees and asylees should file form I-643 or only the Cuban/Haitian and Amerasians?
