I-485 interview as a minor!! Can I go alone?

I have received a letter form uscis that my I-485 will need an interview, I am 17 years old can I go alone or my mother(sponsor)? has to go to, she in on vacation in Mexico and my question is will she have to come back for the interview or no? thank you

MY EAD is already approved, Im surprised I have an interview because my other brother who is a minor to started the process earlier and he didnt received an interview, neither my sister
