Hi.i'm New In These Forum, I Have A Big Problem..please If Someboy Have Any Expirience Of A Person Been On Jail.... Because I Check The Forum And I Found Only 1 Case And Is Because Of Diu,.......i'm A American And I Married My Fiance But The Papers( Adjustment Status) We Did Not Send Then And The Visa Was Only Good Till March...he Got Arreste Because Of Domestic Violence He Was On Jail For 7 Hours He Got Out And He Is Going To Court And Therapy..they Say If They Complete The Therapy He Does Not Going To Have The Charges In His Record But They Took Finger Prints .........we Planed To Send The Aplication These Week........but I'm Afraid That He Can Be Deported...we Live In Florida..please Tell Me Something.somebody Told Me To Have A Lawer But We Do Not Have Money.......please Hel Me....thanks
