Where to file the permanent residency application?

My fiancé (USC) and I live in 2 separate states and will do so for a year after marriage as well. In whose state should we get the court marriage done and in which state do we file the permanent residency application?
Also, should we show my "permanent address" to be her address even though I'm living in another state?

If your fiancee is here on a K1 visa, and you are ready to do the Adjustment of Status procedure, submit the Adjustsment of Status paperwork to:
USCIS
PO Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

You should use the address at which she is living, as she is the applicant for Adjustment of Status.
