Hi,
I am currently a F1 student in USA(from aug-2013). A petition has been filed for our family for F4 immigration in 2001. Now the date has come for the interview.But I did missed to mention the immigration information during my f1 visa interview(I mentioned it as 'No immigration filed'). Will it be a problem during greencard immigration interview (F4)?
Do u recommend me to attend the interview through adjustment of status?
or
Just ignore the interview process and get my status through H1 then green card?
Can you please give the ups and downs of both paths and recommend one for me?
