Pleasant Good-day I have and question to ask and as far as I can see there are incredible amount of persons here who are knowledgeable and seem to have alot of experience which I must commend you all on.
I Came here on a Visitor Visa B2 on July 2012 to my wife house intending to also visit family member here before going back home to the Island. My wife and I relation picks up and we got married Approximately Nine (9) weeks later. I have been here since living with her My wife that is and here daughter and two(2) grand kids.
My wife is an USC but we are wanting to file for AOS with the concurrent filing method I got some one to be my affidavit of support because my Wife doesn't make enough and that person satisfy the 125% over the poverty line.
The things is this I was on her two (2) previous leases but now she is planning to move into an apartment and in order for me to be on that lease I would have to present an SS Number which I don't have, I can live with her but i just wont be on the least. Their is alot of thing that I can't do like Getting and bank account, Insurance and so because I don't have an SS Number.
I have like letters coming to my wife and I to the addresses, Photos including marriage photos of us also greeting/anniversary/Valentine cards that we have both gave to each other as-well as receipt of items we bought each other and friends written affidavits Notarize by Notary of our bona-fide marriage relationship and lease showing my name on it so do you think that is enough for evidence.
So interms of certain evidence I will be lacking to provide to USCIS because of this situation. My wife don't really have an Job; she is self employed so her income is not consistent. Another thing I will be married two (2) year coming September and I was wondering if I file my paper at the End of June. If everything goes through successfully will my green-card still have the condition on it I am going by the 90 day rule to the combo card package and green card if I get it maybe days, week or a month after my 2nd anniversary in September.
Thank you.
