GC - Birth Certificate + Passport - Complication - Help required

My company is ready to process my GC and I realise I have a very complicated situation. Please help with next steps.

I was born in India in 1982 and very soon my parents divorced. I was adopted by my step father and adoption deed was registered. My passport has my step father's name. All my school certificates and everything has my step father's initials in my name.

The birth certificate has my name with my original father's initials which I don't have in my passport and my original father's name as father.

What documents should I submit to USCIS for birth certificate?

Kindly help as soon as possible.

There's nothing to worry , everything is clear on your end , just submit your registered deed and your birth certificate, what I think is if you can add your parents divorce copy's that might clear up your way
