I am living here in Georgia with my with my USC wife for over an year, The question is if I File my my paper I-130, I-485,I-765,I-131, G-1145 and G-325a.

With supporting evidence and everything the USCIS requires for the time being, How long will it take for me to receive the combo-card and how long will it take me to get an interview ????? I am just curious I am out of status and I came here Legally.

I appreciate any insight I can get from anyone thank you.

Well thank you for that info. I will be three months away from my second anniversary when I sent it in because I have tried to sent my paper In but the person that would have stand as co-sponsor for us backed out on two different occasions two (2) different persons.

I have no more alternative but to send it as soon this person that is going to stand as affidavits of support for us signs the form which will be, three months away from our anniversary, so do you thing I will stand a chance of getting the green card without condition on it. I really don't want to go through any more process after getting it unless Its citizenship I'm wishing to get after .

I really don't knw but there's no difference between the conditional n permanent
When I filed mine we already had a baby about 6 months old , I think I filed it after year n half of my marriage, u get the conditional for two years but u can start the filing to remove conditions after 18 months like six months early , you r not going for any interview, I didn't had any.

Was it easy your interview? I mean having a baby together? I have a baby too but I am very anxious and scared, I have sern a lot of ppl saying how nasty interviews can be, and I am scared to be denied...
