My Fiance is moving to the US from Mexico very soon on a tourist VISA. We plan on marrying within the 90 days.
Our next step would be me filing an I-130, and then proceeding with the I-485 form, and the EAD form I-765. I am a little bit confused on what can and cannot be filed at the same time. Can anyone shed some light on it for me? Do I have to file the I-130, then wait until I get the information back, and then file for I-485 and I-765. Is that the correct process?
Any help on what can and cannot be filed would be greatly appreciated.
(Also, Should she have her documents translated before she comes here or can we just do it all once she is here?)
