I-485 Retrogression

I-485 is pending and received an RFE on I-485. response to RFE received by INS on Sept 29. How will retrogression affect my case. Will the I-485 be pending until the processing date reaches the priority date
or will it be approved soon because RFE was received before Oct 1.

Your I-485 will not be processed any further until your priority date is current again.
