Help! I-485 pending > 3 years

My I-140 NIW was approved in July 7, 2002, and I-485 was submitted to Vermont Center in Aug 2002 (received date 08/29/2002). I Did 2nd fingerprint in April 30, 2004; then my case was transferred to New York City office on Dec.23, 2004, my wife's case was also transferred to NYC on Aug 12, 2004.
I moved to Cleveland, OH in Aug 2004. I have called (800)3755283 and written a few letters to NYC local office and Vermont center to change my address and ask for transferring my case to Ohio. Till now I have not received any response. I checked my case status on-line, nothing changed.
Will NYC office transfer my case to USCIS Cleveland local office? How should I do? I do not how long time my case still need to stay in NYC office.
Could you guys give me some kind suggestion?
