Will EB1A/NIW denial affect future applications chances?

Hi everyone.

I am looking to apply for an EB1A or NIW green card, and I plan to use a DIY kit to do it myself. I have two questions.

1) Assuming the worst, will an eventual denial affect my future chances of trying to apply again in the same categories?

2) Can anyone recommend a good website to purchase a good DIY kit for EB1A/NIW?
