Hi, I'm new here and need some help.
I came to the U.S to visit my boyfriend (U.S Citizen), we've doing long distance relationship for while. And this time we just couldn't do anymore. So he proposed to me and we got married. I'm in a B2 visa and I can stay till June/2014.
We're about to start our AOS process, I'm still filling up those forms. Immihelp is helping me a lot to understand the whole process, btw.
However, my parents want to visit us. I'm applying for their B2 Visa and they ask if there are any immediate relatives in the U.S. Would that hinder my AOS process?
I'm not sure if we'll have started the process and they come. But they will probably going to ask them what their daughter is doing in the US, and they will have to say that I got married.
If that would be a problem they wouldn't come till we start the process or get it done.
