Hello,
I'd like to know how many people used Immigration Attorneys for their marriage-based green card process and interview. I have researched this process for over a year and I'm familiar with the required documents to petition for my spouse. A friend recommends that I consult an Attorney prior to filing, but I can't afford one at the moment although everything seems perfect right now, God willing.
Please drop a "It's necessary" /or/ "Not necessary" if you think we all need to have Attorneys present at these interviews and why (if you don't mind). If you did, how did it help you?
P.S - I've read almost every post/interview experience on this and other related sites. Whew!
Thanks.
