When can I file 485 after 130 filed?

Can someone please help! I have filed I130 on the late of March and waiting for it to be approved, after I checked the vvisa bulletin it's still 08sep13, so my question is can I file 485 after the 130 is approved? Or I need to wait until both the 130 approved and visa bulletin became current? Thanks!
My opt will expire in August, really worried now.....

If you file the I-485 before the I-130 Priority Date becomes current, your I-485 package will be rejected and returned to you.
