How long Does it take uscis to acknowledge that they received my package

I sent my AOS package on the 23rd. I use usps next day shipping. usps advised that they received it on the 24th at 1.55pm. But I have not gotten anything back from uscis as yet. Should I worry

Nope. From my experience, it can take anywhere from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to get a receipt notice.
