Hi everyone,
We are preparing ourselves our AOS Application. We have some questions about the i-864.
Let me tell you our circumstance:
My spouse is still going to school and has no income.
So we need co-sponsor for our AOS application, that's her parents.
My in-laws are now taking care of 5 small kids in their house and have claimed them as dependents when filing tax.
So total households size to look-up at the 2014 poverty guideline is: 8 ($50,112) <---- Is it correct?
What I have to do with this number $50,112 ?
My in-laws own 2 businesses so their incomes are from self-employed.
Which forms and how many of them should we file with i-485 package?
My father-in-law is the primary taxpayer on tax return forms, do we need both of them as our co-sponsors or just him?
What kind of transcript should we attach to affidavit, RETURN TRANSCRIPT or ACCOUNT TRANSCRIPT?
And we need the transcripts of 2011,2012 and 2013, is it correct?
Where on the transcripts that can we compare the $50,112 with?
Sorry bout a lot of questions.
Thank you.
