Filling form I485, need help with I864

Hello,

I am starting with my application for adjustment of status. I have the following forms so far.
I-485, I765, I130, G-325A.
My question is -
My wife is in school and I am working on my student EAD (legally full time).
Do we need to file 864, as I would be continuing with my same job.
If we do, she doesnt make enough, can I show my income, I have tax returns W2 for the last 3 years in US.
Do we still need a cosponsor.

Any help with documentation or if I am missing something will be appreciated.

Add an I-131 to your list of base forms.

If you are working with a student EAD, does that mean you don't have U.S. citizenship? Do you have Green Card status?

If you are not a U.S. citizen, your wife will not obtain a "current" Priority Date and your I-485 package won't be accepted.

Please clarify your status and the basis you are using for your wife's eligibility.
