I received my EB1A approval notice and am starting on my i485 package.
When I was filling out the form on G325 section "Applicant's employment last 5 years," I realized I had one month gap, that is, I graduated with my graduate degree in 12/2010 and started my postdoc job on 02/2011. I move from one state to another so I used the month of Jan, 2011 to say goodbye to friends, and finding cheaper ways to move myself 900 miles across the country. Should I consider the month 01/2012 as "unemployed" and listed on the form? Or it's ok to just say
new job, 06/2013 to present
postdoc, 02/2011 to 06/2013
graduate student, 08/2005 to 12/2010
