Form I-485 application type

Hello: I am a US Citizen. My mother is currently in the US on a visitor's visa but as she is 89 years old and losing her vision, I have decided to petition for her so she can stay with me. I am concurrently filing forms I-130 and I-485. On I-485 "application type", should I check box "a" even though there is no immigrant visa number issued for her. Please help.

Check box 'a' and be certain that the I-130 is included in your package, along with fee checks for $1,070 and $420, sponsorship documents and other supporitng documents.
