Biometrics appt not received

Hi,

My 485, EAD and AP have all been in for 29 days and I've yet to receive an appointment. I've called USCIS but they won't do anything until at least 30. Has anyone else had this happen? I'm slightly concerned in case it's gone missing in the mail and I miss an appointment...
