  • How many photos?? Marriage-Based Greencard Application

    Hello all!

I am preparing the application to adjust my husband's status and am down to the final details. I just was scrolling through some posts and I saw some folks saying that I needed two passport photos of my husband (beneficiary) for EACH of the following forms: I-485, I-131, I-765, AND the G325A, as well as one of each of us for the I-130. I consulted with a laywer a few months ago and he told me I only needed 6 of my husband and 2 of myself. Do I need to attach separate photos for the G325A forms if I am including them with another form? (My understanding was that the g325A was required to be attached with the I-131 and the I-485, for which I will be submiting photos anyway). So, if I am filing the I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-765 (with all the support afidavits, etc.) do I need 6 passport style photos of my husband, and two of myself? I think I am counting 7 altogether, or 9? Or more? If I go back to get more photos, they would all have to match, wouldn't they? So we would have to get a whole new set?

Any insight on this is greatly appreciated, we are nervous and trying to be as thorough as possible so we don't experience any problems!

    Thank you!

Thank you so much for your detailed explanation. I can see you posted this over a year ago. I would like to request that you further share your experience on how the whole filing process and interview was. was there any other thing you were required to submit after this? Is it a must that we make copies of all the listed documents for each of the form we fill? how long did it take you for your application to be successful?

I will appreciate if you will take your time to provide detailed answers to my inquires.

    Thank you.

    Victor
