Help Needed Urgent ,biometrics After I485 Approval

My I485 is approved and i got a letter stating
Notice type : approval notice.

Content in the notice:

In processing your case we have reached the point where we need to make an appointment to go to one of our ASC to have some additional biometrics (fingerprint, photo and signature) taken.

call customer service at 800.375.5283 to schedule your appointment.
We cannot complete certain steps in processing until you appear for this appointment. you must appear for your appointment within 84 days from the date of this notice.

What to bring to your appointment:

youmust bring this letter and photo identification to your appointment.
Acceptable kind of photo identifications are:

A passport or national photo identification issued by your country.
A driver's license.
A military photo identification, or
A state issued photo identification card.
I followed as instructed in the letter by calling 1800 number and took an appointment,i was given a confirmation number and told that no appointment letter will be sent, you can get your biometrics done.
But when we went to ASC center at IL they refused to do so saying they needed a Appointment letter.
When called and expalined the problem 1800 No ,they told us to take infopass appointment and get it done since its a approval notice,and the other person told us to go to ASC center and again gave a confirmation number ,& said we wont be sending any appointment letters.
As said in letter it should be done within 84 days and i have just 1week left ,Anybody faced same problem????????????
Will they be doing Biometrics when taken infopassappointment?????

I suggest you go to your InfoPass appointment as scheduled and explain your problem to the officer you will be seeing. If they want your fingerprints, they will give you a pass to visit the right center to have this done.
