    Dependent Age Out

    Can anyone please describe in detail about the "Dependent Age Out" criteria for GC.

    Is it the dependent must be below 21 when the final GC is approved or when the 485 is filed?

    Is the any new change due to retrogression or INS’s inability to process the application in time?
