Hi,
My husband currently has a tps card & is from El Salvador. He has a social security number, a drivers license, & paid his taxes since he started working. We have been together for 2 years & married on my birthday March 1, 2014. He has 3 children in the US. One is 20 years old, 1 that is 7 yrs, & another that is 4 years old. All children were born here in the US. I currently am expecting a child January 2015. I'm wanting to adjust my husbands status.
I was wondering which forms I need to file. I have a I-130, I-485, & G-325A.
I keep seeing where you have to fill out a I-864 but my question is do you have to fill this out if the spouse is in the US already & is the one financially taking care of the family? How would I feel that part out since I am not the one financially taking care of him. He owns his own dealership everything is in his name since he started the business in 2004.
Are their any other forms? I feel I'm missing some.
