Advance parole - Emergency Travel

Hi,

I got my GC but my family is still under 485 pending status,I'm planning to schedule appointment at Infopass to request AP for my family as per my lawyer suggestion,since we have an emergency to travel,I'm going with emergency letter proff to Infopass.

I applied for AP and haven't received receipt yet,hope I will receive before I visit Infopass.

Will there be any problems for my family when we are returning any one experienced this situation?

As long as you have valid advance parole, you should not generally have any problems.
