Hi Guys,
I know that this topic has been covered in few past threads and have gone over those already. However, I have additional questions to Non-Availability Certificate. I am from Uttar Pradesh, India. After my relative enquired in the local municipality office, he was told that they don't have any such form. However, there is possibility of typing all the details (like the first image here: http://halflegal.us/services/non-ava...tificate-india [the one from Ranchi]) on a plain paper and get it signed/stamped in the municipality by a competent authority.
Do you think that it'd make a valid certificate and I won't get any RFE?
