I 130 Approved, now what?
Hello All
First Post here..with few Questions:
Got my 130 approved notice by mail on April 18th '14: I had a case hearing with Judge
on June 11th, which was dismissed by him, Am lost here, what am I suppose to do next?
Should I apply for I 485?
My Lawyer is asking filling fee above 2500$, which I cant afford.
any help is much appreciated.
