My wife and I got married in May 2014 in India. She already had a visitor Visa for US prior to our marriage. She is currently visiting the US and was stamped for 4 months. I am a US citizen and she is an Indian citizen who is here in the US for the first time. How should I go about applying for her status change?

The I-693 will be provided by a USCIS-listed doctor who will do the required immigrant medical exam.
G-325A forms will be needed for both petitioner and beneficiary.
Supporting documents will be needed for all forms (birth, marriage, divorce, passport-style photos copies of visa, I-94, India passport ID page, tax return copy, W2's, employment verifications).
Fees will be $420 and $1,070.
The forms available on the USCIS website do not clearly state supporting document requirements for these forms.
