I sponsored my parents for Permanent Residency. The USCIS website shows the following message since Tuesday May 13 but we still have not received any letter with an interview date. We have tried calling USCIS and went through info pass on June 18th as well but they said that they are working on each one of the cases and asked us to be patient. They did not give us any expected timeline on receiving interview letter and when it would be scheduled.
1) Can you please let us know with your experience the expected timeline on receiving interview letter and when it would be scheduled for Chicago office?
2) How far in time do they schedule an interview once they send us letter? TIA
