I received RFE on my Derivative EB3 PD Oct 2003 India application asking for employment letter, continuous employment proof and 693.
Since I am the derivative applicant (my spouse was primary and got her GC couple of years back - retrogression followed......my application got detached) do I just send 693 or employment information as well(and if so then mine or the primary applicant's?)? I do not want to send anything that is not needed.
