Can a person advance parole renew I-94 ( paper ) by reentering US for college aid?

My daughter has her I-485 ( AOS) applied for since 2007. She has an advance parole and EAd because of pending I-485. Her college denied her financial aid because they only accept I-94 as a proof of status for parolees and her I-94 is expired . We reentered US in 2012 and she was paroled in for one year .Now, we need to renew her I-94 so I was thinking of sending her to India and getting her paroled in ,but with the new system the USCIS doesn't give paper I-94 anymore, Is there a way for parolees to get I-94? Someone please advise.
