  • Forgot copy of the back of I-94

I sent in my I-130 and i-485, but forgot to include a copy of the back of my I-94 form. Are applications normally denied because of this? Did anyone have a similar experience and what was the outcome? My application is family based (immediate relative -parent) - do these type of applications normally require an interview or are they typically done without one? What are some of the questions asked at the interviews (for immigrating parent)?

    Thanks so much in advance!

USCIS may or may not send you a Request for Evidence and ask you to forward the back copy of the I-94. It is unlikely your application will be denied because you forgot to send a copy of a requested document.

Most family-based AOS applications require interviews before the application is finally approved, although there have been a number of cases this year where applicants got approved without going to an interview. The reasons are varied. Some cases were approved because they were submitted a long time ago.
