Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. Long story short, I am in removal proceedings and my final individual hearing is August 4th. Can anybody who has already gone through this share their experiences? What should I expect at the hearing? I have no criminal records and had a warrant for petty unpaid train tickets before ICE put a hold on me. I-130 and I-765 have already been approved.
