Leaving employer while waiting for AOS for dependent

Hi,

My family filed for Adjustment of Status at Jan, 2014 and I got green card on April, 2014. But USCIS requested more documents for my wife, by the time we collected and sent documents, dates retrogressed. It's ROW, EB3 and priority date is August, 2011.
She got EAD and Advanced Parole, but she's still waiting for Green Card. What happens if I change employer now? Will it negatively effect her case?
