  • parole in place and I-485

Parole in place was approved and I-94 card issued. As I am now filling out I-485 for AOS, it asks for entry dates, I-94 number and A number if any. Prior to parole in place and I-94, my status when entered the country was entry without inspection. My question is do I put actual date of entry and entered without inspection or do I put the information off of I-94 ? ThNks in advance

How much different are the I-94 and your original "arrival without inspection?"

The I-94 is easier to use for future procedures.

Original entry was 1997. Parole was just approved 2 days ago.

Gotcha. My recall is that the various forms expect "last date of entry," which would normally have been reflected on the I-94. If the I-94 was generated procedurally, without an actual physical entry on the date shown, then I would just use the real "last date of entry."
