I think you are overreacting. All I-130 submittals are passed on to the NVC. The point I tried to make in previous messages, however, is that it doesn't matter if your documents are at the NVC. You can just ignore the NVC requests for fees and proceed with Adjusting your status in the U.S, with form I-485 and supporting documents.
I'm sorry you thought earlier that you were "wasting your time on this forum," but responses you may get from this forum are from people who have been through these immigration procedures and can speak from their experience completing what you are trying to do.
