    Hi everyone, my case us kind of complicated, hv known my wife for 6month and we recently got married on July without the parent consent, its a long distance relationship cos we both school in different states, now my visa is going to expire in the Nxt year January, how would I file for aos giving the fact that we are far apart cos I heard it's a red flag , Thou we plan moving in together January of next year, please help guys

    Use a common address as your official domicile, but include an attachment describing school residency, with proof, as being temporary.

      Thanks very much, what am I going to put in e attachment, I am just going to write them that we both staying in college, and evidence that We in college ?
      Another question, my visa is expiring January, is it advisable I wait till January when we both get our apartment or I start now

        Dave,

        Your attachment should be signed and dated, with a succinct and credible description of your separate temporary living arrangements.

        My advice, as stated already, is to use a parent's address as legal domicle and submit better before your visa expires.
