Hi everyone, I filled in on the i-485 refugee status, but USCIS said my real status is actually asylee so my i-485 got denied. I don't know why I thought it was the same thing but I made a very bad mistake there. Do I qualify for the i-290B? If I do, can someone guide me on what should I fill out on there? Your help is very much appreciated.
