Hi,
I have my family name missing in my birth certificate. similarly my parent's only first name is mentioned and no family name is mentioned in my birth certificate.
Only the first name for me and my parents is correctly mentioned on the birth certificate .
I will be getting affidavits from my both parents as well as another affidavit from my uncle.
I would be supplementing it with my school records , pan card etc .
Will it be an issue while filing I-485 ?
