EB3.. I 485 .. question.

hi friends,

My 485 was denied (june 05) of some clerical errors and then when pointed out they re-opened the case (July 05) and my priority date is Jan/1999.

Now since the retro.. now it is dated 01/1998 for EB3.. does this affect my case..

What is the possibility of when they would consider my case.. will they treat is as one which was already opened or treat it as a fresh one.. any help would be greatly appreciated.

They will not process your case until your priority date is current again.
